When can I get my money?

If you are required to fax in your bank statement for loan approval, you should do this as soon as possible to receive your money (for most qualified customers a fax will not be necessary). To receive your cash advance loan the next banking day, you must be approved by 4:00 p.m. PST or 7:00 p.m. EST. (continued above)

Note: Once we transfer funds to your account, your bank's ACH department is responsible for depositing your cash advance to your account. Bank holidays and other restrictions may occasionally delay the availability of your funds. Please contact your bank's ACH department if you have any questions regarding your advance cash loan.

  • Typically, if your loan is approved on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, you should have the money in your account on the following day.
  • If your loan is approved on Friday, you should have the money in your account on Monday.
  • If your loan is approved on Saturday or Sunday, you should have the money in your account on Tuesday.
This estimate is made with the exception of holidays and other unusual circumstances.
How do I repay my cash advance?

You can repay your affordable payday advance in the same way you receive it - through an electronic transaction. You set the date when you fill out your quick loan application, and your loan is deducted from your account automatically. Other payment arrangements are also available.

Can I extend my cash advance loan?

Sure you can. Here at PayDayMax, we understand that on occasion, you might find it difficult to make a payment on the day you've scheduled. On such occasions, you can always go online or call 1-877-937-3729 to receive an extension. For the first three extensions, we require you to pay only the finance charge and fees due for each extension. Additional extensions require an additional $50 payment towards the advance loan principal (if your loan amount is $600.00 or less) and $100 additional payment towards the loan principal (if your loan amount is $600.01 or more) until the loan principal is fully repaid.

Customers who receive their paychecks on a monthly basis are required to make a payment toward the principal on their 2nd extension. Loans of $600.00 or less require a payment of $100 more than the fees due until the principal is fully repaid. Loans of $600.01 and above require a payment of $200 more than the fees due until the principal is fully repaid.

All extension requests must be made by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time or 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the business day prior to your scheduled due date. Requests made after the deadline will not be processed.

Why do I have to make minimum payments after three extensions?

Our goal at PayDayMax is not to string out our customers' debt. Instead, we want to provide you with a resource which will contribute to your financial health. Requiring minimum payments toward your loan principal ensures that you repay the payday advance within a reasonable timeframe, at no great cost to you. This requirement is part of our goal to maximize your payday potential while minimizing your hassle.

Can I have more than one payday loan?

We do not allow our customers to have more than one open loan with us. However, we do accept loan applications from customers who have open loans with other cash advance companies.

What if I am in bankruptcy or have bad credit?

We cannot loan to customers who are currently in bankruptcy, but any bankruptcies that are in the past are of no concern. We do not perform traditional credit checks, but we do verify applicant information, including any unpaid cash advances, via credit reporting agencies including, but not limited to, Teletrack and Clarity Services, Inc.

Do I need to fax any documents?

On occasion, we may require you to send us copies of your most recent bank statement (covering 30 days of transactions) and a voided check from your account. If you are a previous customer, with some exceptions, we will use your previous statement for 90 days so you can get a no fax payday loan.

I don't have a fax machine to send in my documents. Where can I find one?

Public libraries often provide fax machines for public use, but you can also find a fax machine at copy shops or packaging & shipping stores.

What is my minimum loan term?

Fees are based on a minimum 14-day loan term regardless of early payoff. Refer to our helpful payday loan interest rate chart for more information.
